CAMOUFLAGE

SocMo is a master of urban camouflage.

Bonus picture! I saw this along side the road on a trip. Maybe it is cheap, camouflage from China... what do you think?

You didn't go out and draw that on a well, did you? ...Did YOU???

Reminds me of the time I wasn't thinking and painted a small but offensive Nazi symbol on a wall at school. I wish I'd thought to do a sock monkey instead. I would have grown up to have been a professional trombonist if I had (...Or is that "I would have grown up to be a professional trombonist"? English grammar is hard.)

As for the photo, do you think it's a play on "lounge"? "camo-lounge"? It looks like it could be a nasty-ish open-air beer joint. Either way, somebody can't spell.

I wanna draw SocMo on a brick wall too.

me?... draw on walls?

Sounds like too much work, to me. Nah, this is just an image from the internets with a little Photoshop trickery....

I'll leave drawing on walls to crazy Canadians...

Thought I would let you know that I stopped by and enjoyed reading about Brother Mel. I went to the gallery web site too.

Wow...Erin's really growing up!

I hope you enjoy working in your new sketch book. I never seem to do sketch books. I guess I feel like I get enough practice drawing days, nights and weekends.
